1. Shipping policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 to 2 days and order status will be sent to you via e-mail. This will include your Order Number which you are to keep for future reference until the product has been delivered. All orders will be shipped using the “Ordinary parcel (counter to counter)” method supplied by the South African Post Office.
2. Shipping rates
The cost of shipping is R28.35 irrespective of the amount of items ordered. You may cancel your order without any further obligation so long as such cancellation is done before the “Confirm” stage (the 5th step) of your checkout.
3. World Wide Shipping
Currently we do not ship to any destination outside of South Africa but special arrangements can be made. Please use the Contact Us page for more information.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Infidelicious are subject to availability. However all out of stock items can be manufactured on demand if necessary. In the unforeseen event of that stock cannot be manufactured, Infidelicious will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 25% administration fee.
All stock is shipped from our premises and/or representative fulfillment centre in pristine condition. Great care is taken to ensure that products are sufficiently packed and handling instructions are sent with the parcel for the recipient. In the unlikely event that goods should arrive already having been damaged, the client may return the product (at their own cost) if this is done within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Upon arrival at our premises it will be inspected, replaced and shipped back to the client (at no extra charge) if deemed damaged. If the product is found to be in satisfactory condition, no refund will take place and the client will need to pay the shipping costs before it can be sent back.
